2Jb 9:22ἐπ’ ἀληθείας οἶδα ὅτι οὕτως ἐστίν πῶς γὰρ ἔσται δίκαιος βροτὸς παρὰ κυρίῳJb 9:2
I know of a truth that it is so: for how shall a mortal man be just before the Lord?

“Truly I know that it is so,
but how can man be just with God?
Jb 9:2Jb 9:2אָ֭מְנָם יָדַ֣עְתִּי כִי־כֵ֑ן וּמַה־יִּצְדַּ֖ק אֱנ֣וֹשׁ עִם־אֵֽל׃Jb 9:2
“Truly I know that it is so,
but how can man be just with God?
3Jb 9:33ἐὰν γὰρ βούληται κριθῆναι αὐτῷ οὐ μὴ ὑπακούσῃ αὐτῷ ἵνα μὴ ἀντείπῃ πρὸς ἕνα λόγον αὐτοῦ ἐκ χιλίωνJb 9:3
For if he would enter into judgment with him, God would not hearken to him, so that he should answer to one of his charges of a thousand.

a see EZ 21:3 this is a substantial departure from the MT which state God's wrath destroys the righteous and the blameless... whereas the LXX does not impugn the righteousness of God by suggesting God does not distinguish between the lawless and righteous.
