Ez 2:1

This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the Lord. And I saw and fell upon my face, and heard the voice of one speaking: and he said to me, Son of man, stand upon thy feet, and I will speak to thee.

¶He said to me, Son of man, stand on your feet, and I will speak with you.

Ez 2:2

And the Spirit came upon me, and took me up, and raised me, and set me on my feet: and I heard him speaking to me.

The Spirit entered into me when he spoke to me, and set me on my feet; and I heard him who spoke to me.

Ez 2:3

And he said to me, Son of Man, I send thee forth to the house of Israel, them that provoke me; who have provoked me, they and their fathers to this day.

Ez 2:3

He said to me, Son of man, I send you to the children of Israel, to a nation of rebels who have rebelled against me. They and their fathers have transgressed against me even to this very day.

Ez 2:6

And thou, son of man, fear them not, nor be dismayed at their face; (for they will madden and will rise up against thee round about, and thou dwellest in the midst of scorpions): be not afraid of their words, nor be dismayed at their countenance, for it is a provoking house.

You, son of man, don’t be afraid of them, neither be afraid of their words, though briers and thorns are with you, and you do dwell among scorpions: don’t be afraid of their words, nor be dismayed at their looks, though they are a rebellious house.and you, son of man, do not fear them, neither be astonished by their face because they will incite and band together upon you in a circle, and you reside in the middle of scorpions, do not fear their words, and by their faces, do not be astonished because it is an embittering house.
