a Aaron and Moses are the 4th generation of Levi (Levi, Kohath, and Amram, are the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd). See Gn. 15:13-16:Then the LORD said to Abram, (13) Know for certain that your offspring will be sojourners in a land that is not theirs and will be servants there, and they will will be afflicted for four hundred years. ...(16) And they shall come back here in the fourth generation...
