¶For Yahweh will have compassion on Jacob, and will yet choose Israel, and set them in their own land. The foreigner will join himself with them, and they will unite with the house of Jacob.
Is 14:1Is 14:1καὶ ἐλεήσει κύριος τὸν Ιακωβ καὶ ἐκλέξεται ἔτι τὸν Ισραηλ καὶ ἀναπαύσονται ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς αὐτῶν καὶ ὁ γιώρας προστεθήσεται πρὸς αὐτοὺς καὶ προστεθήσεται πρὸς τὸν οἶκον ΙακωβIs 14:1
And the Lord will have mercy on Jacob, and will yet choose Israel, and they shall rest on their land: and the stranger shall be added to them, yea, shall be added to the house of Jacob.

And the Gentiles shall take them, and bring them into their place: and they shall inherit them, and they shall be multiplied upon the land for servants and handmaidens: and they that took them captives shall become captives to them; and they that had lordship over them shall be under their rule.

And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall give thee rest from thy sorrow and vexation, and from thy hard servitude wherein thou didst serve them.
Is 14:3It will happen in the day that Yahweh will give you rest from your sorrow, from your trouble, and from the hard service in which you were made to serve,and it will be in the day that God will give you rest out of your grief and anguish and your hard servitude which you served to them.

that you will take up this parable against the king of Babylon, and say, “How the oppressor has ceased! The golden city has ceased!”

And thou shalt take up this lamentation against the king of Babylon, How has the extortioner ceased, and the taskmaster ceased!
Is 14:4that you will take up this parable against the king of Babylon, and say, “How the oppressor has ceased! The golden city has ceased!and you will take this lamentation over the King of Babylon and in that day "How the strifes of the extortioner have been put to rest and the taskmaster put to rest!"

Yahweh has broken the staff of the wicked, the scepter of the rulers,

The Lord has broken the yoke of sinners, the yoke of princes.

6Is 14:66מַכֶּ֤ה עַמִּים֙ בְּעֶבְרָ֔ה מַכַּ֖ת בִּלְתִּ֣י סָרָ֑ה רֹדֶ֤ה בָאַף֙ גּוֹיִ֔ם מֻרְדָּ֖ף בְּלִ֥י חָשָֽׂךְ׃Is 14:6
who struck the peoples in wrath with a continual stroke, who ruled the nations in anger, with a persecution that none restrained.

The whole earth is at rest, and is quiet. They break out song.

a εωσφορος is the strange word for which we get "Lucifer" from Jerome's translation into Latin but it is important to distinguish it from πρωινος which does mean " morning star" and appears in Rev 2:28 & Rev 22:16 and 12 other times in the LXX (Hos 6:4, 13:3, !Kgs 11:11, Ex 29:41, 4Kgs 16:5, 2Chr 31:3, Nm 28:23, Gn 49:27, 1Rsd 5:49, 1Eds 1:12, Jb 38:12 and Lv 9:17.) literally the bearer of "eos" (dawn/until) BUT NOT THE BEARER of phos (light)

But thou shalt be cast forth on the mountains, as a loathed carcase, with many dead who have been pierced with swords, going down to the grave.
Is 14:19But you are cast away from your tomb like an abominable branch, clothed with the slain, who are thrust through with the sword, who go down to the stones of the pit; like a dead body trodden under foot.
But you will be cast with the mountains like the abhorrent dead with the many mortals pierced of swords, descending into Hades, in the manner which clothing soaked in blood is not clean
