a ὂν, with smooth breathing, is the pres act ptcp neu nom sg of verb εἰμί, to be (not ὅν, the accusative relative pronoun, with rough breathing). The gender is in agreement with neuter noun σπέρμα rather than masculine noun κόκκος, i.e., being a smaller SPERMA than all (other) SPERMATWN.
Mt 13:31¶He set another parable before them, saying, “The Kingdom of Heaven is like a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field;Lk 13:19It is like a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and put in his own garden.
