and he admitted, and not he denied, and he admitted....Translating καὶ οὐκ ἠρνήσατο adverbally as
undeniablyis perhaps questionable, but it seems to fit the sense.
Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the great and awesome day of the Lord comes(ESV).
The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you, from your brothers—it is to him you shall listen(ESV). See also Acts 3:22-23.
