This includes sin offerings for the high priest himself (Lv. 4:3-12); sin offerings for the whole assembly of Israel (Lv. 4:13-21); and Day of Atonement sin offerings for both the high priest and the assembly to atone for the Holy Place's very presence among the Israelites (Lv. 16:1-34).
