God, my rock, in him I will take refuge;
my shield, and the horn of my salvation,
my high tower, and my refuge.
My savior, you save me from violence.My God will be my Guard. Having been persuadedª I will (trust) upon Him.
My Protector and Horn of my salvation, my Protector and my refuge of my salvation, you will deliver me out of wrong

a I am literally translating the perfect particple here because there is theological significance to the grammar indicating that David has been convinced of God's might, on the heals of God's defeat of David's enemies. The fact that God has repeatedly admonished the children of Israel to recall God's works in the wilderness and God chastised them for their faithlessness reminding them "I am the God who brought you out of Egypt and fed you manna" etc.. they had no legitimate reason to NOT be convinced of God's ability and desire to save them... so it is significant that the grammar here says David was convinced.
