a Gk. δύναμις, ability, lit., the ability of the sound.
b That is, one who speaks an incomprehensible language, or jibberish.
c Why ἐν ἐμοὶ instead of just ἐμοὶ? Without ἐν the dative would be attracted to participle: the one speaking to me instead of the one speaking will be to me.
