Hear, Yahweh, and answer me,
for I am poor and needy.
2Ps 86:22φύλαξον τὴν ψυχήν μου ὅτι ὅσιός εἰμι σῶσον τὸν δοῦλόν σου ὁ θεός μου τὸν ἐλπίζοντα ἐπὶ σέPs 86:2
Preserve my soul, for I am holy; save thy servant, O God, who hopes in thee.
Ps 86:2
Preserve my soul, for I am godly.
You, my God, save your servant who trusts in you.

Pity me, O Lord: for to thee will I cry all the day.

Be merciful to me, Lord,
for I call to you all day long.

Rejoice the sold of thy servant: for to thee, O Lord, have I lifted up my soul.

Bring joy to the soul of your servant,
for to you, Lord, do I lift up my soul.

For thou, O Lord, art kind, and gentle; and plenteous in mercy to all that call upon thee.

For you, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive;
abundant in loving kindness to all those who call on you.

There is none like to thee, O Lord, among the god; and there are no works like to thy works.

There is no one like you among the gods, Lord,
nor any deeds like your deeds.

All nations whom thou hast made shall come, and shall worship before thee, O Lord; and shall glorify thy name.

All nations you have made will come and worship before you, Lord.
They shall glorify your name.

I will give thee thanks, O Lord my God, with all my heart; and I will glorify thy name for ever.

O God, transgressors have risen up against me, and an assembly of violent men have sought my life; and have not set thee before them.

God, the proud have risen up against me.
A company of violent men have sought after my soul,
and they don’t hold regard for you before them.and a synagogue of the mighty seek my life and they did not put you before their presence

But thou, O Lord God, art compassionate and merciful, long-suffering, and abundant in mercy and true.

Establish with me a token for good; and let them that hate me see it and be ashamed; because thou, O Lord, hast helped me, and comforted me.
