In the eighth month, in the second year of the reign of Darius, the word of the Lord came to Zacharias, the son of Barachias, the son of Addo, the prophet, saying,

Zec 1:3

And thou shalt say to them, Thus saith the Lord Almighty: Turn to me, saith the Lord of hosts, and I will turn to you, saith the Lord of hosts.

And be ye not as your fathers, whom the prophets before charged, saying, Thus saith the Lord Almighty: Turn ye from your evil ways, and from your evil practices: but they hearkened not, and attended not to hearken to me, saith the Lord.

Zec 1:6

But do ye receive my words and mine ordinances, all that I command by my Spirit to my servants the prophets, who lived in the days of your fathers; and they answered and said, As the Lord Almighty determined to do to us, according to our ways, and according to our practices, so has he done to us.

But my words and my decrees, which I commanded by my Spirit to my servants the prophets, ~~didn’t they overtake your fathers?~~which your fathers took hold of and answered saying ~~¶“Then they repented and said, ‘Just as Yahweh of Armies determined to do to us, according to our ways, and according to our practices, so he has dealt with us.’”~~ 'as it has been arranged of the Lord Almighty (Pantakrator) to do according to your ways and according to your practices, thus He did to you'"

I saw by night, and behold a man mounted on a red horse, and he stood between the shady mountains; and behind him were red horses, and grey, and piebald, and white.

~~“I had a vision in the night, and behold, a man riding on a red horse, and he stood among the myrtle trees that were in a ravine; and behind him there were red, brown, and white horses.~~"I saw in the night and behold a man set upon a firey red horse, and he stood up in the middle of two shaded mountains and behind him were red horses and grey and many-colored and white."

And they answered the angel of the Lord that stood between the mountains, and said, We have gone round all the earth, and, behold, all the earth is inhabited, and is at rest.

Then the angel of Yahweh replied, “O Yahweh of Armies, how long will you not have mercy on Jerusalem and on the cities of Judah, against which you have had indignation these seventy years?”and the angel of The Lord answered and said "Lord Almighty (Pantakrator), how long will you have no mercy on Jerusalem and the cities of Judah which you have over-looked these seventy years?"

And the angel that spoke with me said to me, Cry out and say, Thus saith the Lord Almighty; I have been jealous for Jerusalem and Sion with great jealousy.

Zec 1:16

Therefore thus saith the Lord: I will return to Jerusalem with compassion; and my house shall be rebuilt in her, saith the Lord Almighty, and a measuring line shall yet be stretched out over Jerusalem.

~~Therefore thus says Yahweh: “I have returned to Jerusalem with mercy. My house shall be built in it,” says Yahweh of Armies, “and a line shall be stretched forth over Jerusalem.”’~~because of this, thus says the Lord "I will turn upon Jerusalem with mercy and my house will be rebuilt in her" says The Lord Almighty (Pantakrator) "and a measure will be extended over Jerusalem still"

~~¶“Proclaim further, saying, ‘Thus says Yahweh of Armies: “My cities will again overflow with prosperity, and Yahweh will again comfort Zion, and will again choose Jerusalem.”’”~~and the angel speaking with me said "Holler saying 'Thus says The Lord Almighty (Pantakrator): the cities will yet be spread with good and The Lord will yet have mercy on Zion and He will still choose Jerusalem'".
