Lk7:49Καὶ ἤρξαντο οἱ συνανακείμενοι λέγειν ἐν ἑαυτοῖς, Τίς οὗτός ἐστιν ὃς καὶ ἁμαρτίας ἀφίησιν;Lk7:49¶Those who sat at the table with him began to say to themselves, “Who is this who even forgives sins?”
Lk7:50Εἶπεν δὲ πρὸς τὴν γυναῖκα, Ἡ πίστις σου σέσωκέν σε· πορεύου εἰς εἰρήνην.Lk7:50¶He said to the woman, “Your faith has saved you. Go in peace.”

a ιερον refers to the porches and porticos of the temple which were perfectly suited for this purpose, as they were intended. Into the ναος the Lord never entered into His ministry on earth (Trenches synonyms of the NT §III) (contrast to ναος in 2 Thess 2:4)

b Jesus here declares commencement of the final part of the vision in Daniel 7 in which the one like a son of man is escorted before the Ancient of Days and is given ruling authority, honor, and sovereignty.
