Lk14:12¶Ἔλεγεν δὲ καὶ τῷ κεκληκότι αὐτόν, Ὅταν ποιῇς ἄριστον ἢ δεῖπνον, μὴ φώνει τοὺς φίλους σου, μηδὲ τοὺς ἀδελφούς σου, μηδὲ τοὺς συγγενεῖς σου, μηδὲ γείτονας πλουσίους· μήποτε καὶ αὐτοί { σε ἀντικαλέσωσιν ♦ ἀντικαλέσωσίν σε }, καὶ γένηταί { σοι ἀνταπόδομα ♦ ἀνταπόδομά σοι }.

Lk14:12¶He also said to the one who had invited him, “When you make a dinner or a supper, don’t call your friends, nor your brothers, nor your kinsmen, nor rich neighbors, or perhaps they might also return the favor, and pay you back.

Mt22:12καὶ λέγει αὐτῷ, Ἑταῖρε, πῶς εἰσῆλθες ὧδε μὴ ἔχων ἔνδυμα γάμου; Ὁ δὲ ἐφιμώθη.Mt22:12and he said to him, ‘Friend, how did you come in here not wearing wedding clothing?’ He was speechless.
Mt22:13Τότε { εἶπεν ὁ βασιλεὺς ♦ ὁ βασιλεὺς εἶπεν } τοῖς διακόνοις, Δήσαντες αὐτοῦ πόδας καὶ χεῖρας, { ἄρατε αὐτὸν καὶ ἐκβάλετε ♦ ἐκβάλετε αὐτὸν } εἰς τὸ σκότος τὸ ἐξώτερον· ἐκεῖ ἔσται ὁ κλαυθμὸς καὶ ὁ βρυγμὸς τῶν ὀδόντων.
