An elevated platform, variously translated judgment seat (KJV, NAS, NET, NRSV, WEB), judge's seat (NIV), chair of judgement (NJB), judgement bench (AMP), bench (NAB), and court (REB). ^b Gr. δίκαιος. Variously translated righteous (NAB, NAS, WEB), upright (NJB), just (KJV), just and upright (AMP), and innocent (NET, NIV, NRSV, REB). ^c A range of ways to translate the last part of this verse: I have been extremely upset today by a dream that I had about him (NJB); For last night I suffered greatly in a dream because of him (NAS).
